How it works
The public website is designed to guide visitors into the existing customer booking flow without changing how bookings, payments, or operational statuses work behind the scenes.
Step 1
Register once so you can save your contact details, manage vehicles, and return to future bookings quickly.
Step 2
Set up the vehicle that needs work and choose a home or work address inside a currently serviceable city.
Step 3
Select the services you need, review the indicative price and timing, then submit your booking request.
Step 4
Payment is handled after the booking is created, and your dashboard shows when the service moves from pending payment to confirmed delivery stages.
Customers begin by registering and creating a secure account. This keeps every booking linked to the right person and supports returning access through login.
Before booking, customers save their vehicle details and at least one service address. Addresses outside active serviceable cities stay saved, but they cannot be used for booking until they match a supported area.
Inside the dashboard, customers select the city, services, vehicle, address, and preferred time. Service totals are calculated on the server using the active service setup.
The booking is created first, then payment is completed from the booking detail page. This keeps payment tied to a specific booking record and status flow.
After payment, the booking can move through the operational statuses used by the existing MVP, including confirmed, assigned, in progress, and completed.
Create your customer account, add your vehicle and address, then choose the active services available in your city.
